●According to production order, sample & process flow chart, production line makes explanation of working procedure for employees, hangs the sample in the upper front of operators and puts the process flow chart in the clamping plate of the middle of flow line. Semi-finished QC makes complete examination for the semi-finished products. Polling QC makes the evaluation & registration for the operating quality condition of employees, reports to the higher manager & production manager if there is any unusual circumstance, fills in report of prevention measures and reports to production department & general manager. Finished-product QC examines the finished-products & delivers them to packaging department.
